We grow a variety of Shiitake mushrooms (lentinula edodes) in several types of wood outdoors.

Shiitakes are one of the most popular culinary mushrooms and it is wildly cultivated around the globe. They have a firm texture and are delicious. Shiitakes have also been used traditionally for their potent medicinal properties and are full of vitamins, minerals and fiber.
