Red Stayman Winesap apple on M26

Winesap is an apple whose flavor resembles its name — sweet yet tart, slightly astringent in its acidity and bold. It can be eaten fresh although is an excellent baking apple, pairing well with baking spices (think cinnamon, allspice, clove). Stores well.
