Oyster (dried, 1oz)

We grow a variety of Oysters (Pleurotus ostreatus) in our indoor MushRoom and a few outdoors on logs of Tulip Poplar. Oyster Mushrooms grow from many tiny little clusters of pins into beautiful large caps of a variety of colors and textures, although we find the flavor to be pretty similar across different species. Their texture is excellent and they have a long shelf live of about 10 days when properly stored in the refrigerator. These are a fast growing mushroom making it an ideal for beginner growers.
