Elderberry Syrup

Elderberry Syrup is a herbal sweetened decoction made from the dark berries of the Sambucus canadensis plant, used traditionally as a immunostimulant remedy, that is rich in antioxidants, to support our bodies through the winter months, specially when dealing with upper respiratory ailments like colds and flues.

This batch is crafted with some added spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and star anise to add extra warmth, flavor and a bit of a kick.
