Perhaps you might have heard of elderberry recently? It has gone through a HUGE popularity boom in the last years as a result of it’s positive health impacts with regards to Covid, combined with a simultaneous push by the government and universities to grow elderberries commercially.

Growing conditions: Sambucus canadensis is super easy to grow, doesn’t mind wet soils and can be easily propagated by cuttings.
