Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) has gained a lot of attention in the past few years due to research suggesting a positive impact on our cognitive functions such as memory, mental capacity and neuron regeneration! This mushroom has a mild sweet flavor and a texture that is often compared with crab meat.

We grow this species organically, outdoors on sugar maple, and indoors in our MushRoom.
