Chestnut Mushrooms (Pholiota adiposa) are one of our chef’s favorites,. They have a nutty flavor and a crunchy velvety orange-brown cap that keeps its texture after sauteed. Research suggests that chestnut mushrooms may have antibacterial and immune-boosting properties.
