This flavor enhancement rich blend of mushrooms, garlic and sea salt was crafted to bring you all the benefits of mushrooms but without the texture. It is filled with minerals like zinc, manganese and copper, vitamins and antioxidants that have traditionally been used to support your digestion, allowing your endocrine and immune systems to work towards revitalization of the whole body. Each jar contains the equivalent of 1/3 of a pound of fresh mushrooms that were then dried and powdered.
You can use Umami Mushroom Seasoning Salt as you would any other table salt.

Some of our favorite ways to use it is to sprinkle it on soups, toast, salad dressings or batters.
I love adding 1 tsp to a cup of boiling water to make a rich broth that boosts my energy and focus levels and drink it by the cup!
