This beautiful deep green Nettle Tincture (Urtica dioica) was crafted from organically home-grown nettles and its made at 1:2 ratio @40% alcohol.
Nettles have traditionally been used for their high nutrition for the body, rich in minerals and vitamins and used as a tonic, to support the adrenal and immune system and to build blood.
Energetically, Nettles are warming and drying so they can be helpful in conditions with excess mucous and to increase vitality in the body.
Use as needed up to 3x a day. ( 1-2 dropperfuls ~1-2ml )
